3rd Anniversary Poutines at La Belle Patate

A bit of backstory on this review… I met the awesome Mijune Pak of the Follow Me Foodie blog at an event a few months ago. Then I read her first video blog that was posted on Reach Magazine’s blog, on 3 places to get poutine on Davie Street. My mouth drooled as I watched her eat all them poutines. See the blog for yourself (the photos alone suffice) and you’ll see what I mean.

Leo and I are planning an East coast trip this summer, and one of our stops will surely be poutines in Montreal. Since I was born there, I’ve been back three times, and am ashamed to say that I’ve never tried a poutine there before. I have, however, done the smoked meat sandwiches. Mmm…

So, Leo and I took a pitstop to La Belle Patate, which Mijune says serves the most authentic Montreal poutine of the 3 places on Davie.
